SCLEDA Listed below are some of the many benefits of joining the association that is standardizing what is it to be a law enforcement diver in South Carolina.
The goal of the South Carolina Law Enforcement Diver's Association is to achieve safer diving for law enforcement professionals in South Carolina through education, training and the establishment of uniform safe standards. Membership with SCLEDA is a quick and easy process that allows both individuals and teams access to information and utilities that would not otherwise be available.

We are deeply saddened by the loss of one of our police officers from the Easley Police Department. Please keep the officer's family, Easley Police Department, and our community in your thoughts and prayers.

The SCLEDA will be holding a Spring Training Event on May 4-6th, focused on Vehicle Search and Recovery (21hrs of Continuing Education)! If you would like to register, act fast by sending in the registration form found at the link below!
This class will be limited to 50 attendees and the cutoff for registration will be noon on April 17th! Please see the flyer for information on the class and how to register! We look forward to seeing you there!!

Where: York County Training Academy, 2500 McFarland Rd York, SC 29745
Additional Inform: NO CHARGE!! This is the pre-requisite for the upcoming 2020 Spring Underwater Vehicle Recovery training
Topics: Water movement, plane crash hazards, search priorities, incident command, recovered items, assisting agency considerations

The South Carolina Law Enforcement Diver's Association will be hosting it’s 2019 Spring Training Event on April 23-24th in Lexington, SC! This training event will include classroom sessions and diving an airplane crash scenario!
