Passing is one of the most important skills in volleyball. If your team can’t pass, your offense can’t run.
Here are 3 things that will instantly improve your passing:
1️⃣ Ready position – stay low, balanced, and ready to move.
2️⃣ Platform available – arms together, strong platform, control the ball.
3️⃣ Most important: confidence. Believe you will pass that ball. Your mindset matters just as much as your technique.
Great passers trust their platform and attack the ball with confidence.
