This month we are working all things s wrap! Lily perfectly demoing how we all learned to control a wheel down with as little hands, legs, and foot grabs! We are also working on some dynamic transitions and drops on and through the s wrap this month.

As promised, we are expanding our pole classes! We will now be offering three pole classes per week starting October 16! Whether you want exotic choreo, or fun tricks and skills, we have the class for you! Please check the prerecs on our website! Our pole tricks and skills class requires students to be able to hold an outside leg hang/gemini, must be able to climb, and have controlled fan kicks! This class is for our intermediate and advanced students! Our pole choreography class is an all levels class but is not appropriate for first time polers - please attend our Monday pole class before attending choreo! We have lots of big news coming this fall so keep an eye out for major updates at CAF!
Dani Torossi is one of our advance Lyra students! She loves to go fast, and we love to see her go! She also had a recent birthday š š this month Lyra Level 2 will begin learning the pathways to flare (which is a way to invert with a spin). You will NOT need to spin like this for class, donāt worry! In fact, we drill the strength and pathway before we ever put momentum with a move, that way your brain and body knows where youāre going. This week we are featuring some of our vertical girlies. Christina Paul has been killing her inversion training. Thereās a difference between a functional inversion and a ācleanā inversion. We strive for clean, but sometimes we never get it without the functional stage first. Anyways, look how bendy she is!!

Most people ask us if there is an age limit or a weight limit for our classes and there is NOT! A couple of weeks ago, we had an 80 year old doctor in the house with us and she was having a great time learning aerial! Our apparatuses are strong enough to hold a car, and our instructors are invested in providing quality instruction with appropriate modifications designed specially for you! We have three spots left in our intro sampler class this Friday!
