Come check out our girl Kari Beach…I’m not a believer of new year’s resolutions. I believe that if you want to change something in your life, rather it be your walk with God, a relationship, your health, or anything else, that you don’t have to wait until a certain day or time to do so. You should do it right then, when you know a change needs to happen.

But, I know that some people do believe in a new year being a time to implement changes and that’s totally fine too!

If you have any goals for the upcoming year that include becoming healthier and stronger, I can for sure help you out with that! And, if you have some goals for your walk with the Lord, I’m not always good at it, but I am up for that too! We can help each other…❤️
