Duke Club Swimming

It’s only been a week since the Tar Heel Invitational, but we’re still thinking about it 💙 Huge weekend for Duke Club Swim in Chapel Hill, with top-5 finishes from Sierra, Julia, Felix, Sam, and both men’s relays, plus NQTs from Rithvik, Felix, and Sierra. And guess what, IT’S GAME DAY AND IT’S TIME TO FULL SEND IT ‼️‼️ GTHC 💨💨💨💨

Two weeks sure have FLOWN by but what a time at U of SC! Shoutout to our 6 brave souls who made the trek to Columbia, SC (thank you ) — huge shows for Sam for 3rd and 6th in the 2IM and the 1 Breast, Sierra on her 4th in the 1 Breast, Paul on the 8th in 1 Breast, and James on 4th and 9th in the 50 Breast and 1 IM! Guess what, the Tar Heel Invitational at Chapel Hill is right around the corner (tomorrow)!! 🐏🐏🐏🐏

Taishoff, you’ve once again kept us afloat (Brodie, you’ll get your chance, trust)
Final sets? Crushed.
Final laughs? Unstoppable.
Final 50s? Questionable with a chance of relays.
But hey—no practice tomorrow, so spirits were swimmingly high.

DAY 1 IN THE SUNSHINE STATE ☀️

The Blue Devils have made it to Florida State University for the weekend. Tallahassee isn’t ready for us 🏊‍♀️🏊‍♂️

Micheal got his nats cut in the 200 IM with a 1:59.69 and the 100 breast with a 1:01.27. He also made finals in the 200 IM placing 10th overall!

The four and only girls on this trip qualified for nationals in the 200 Medley Relay with a time of 2:05.50. Congrats Sierra Healey, Annie Zwally, Claire Kettler, and Ava Guglielmo 🏊‍♀️👯‍♀️

The boys 4x100 free relay made the nats cut with a 3:26.47. Congrats James Yae, Hirak Basu, Sam Specht, Jeremy Ginzburg

14th Annual Raleighwood Invitational 🐺‼️

Last weekend, we headed down to Raleigh for the Invitational hosted by ! Lots of fast times and not 1, 2 or 3 but 7! National qualifiers and many more qualifying times!! And thank you NC STATE Club Swim for hosting the social!! Rumors have it that the jenga is still going on 🤯🤯🤯 Catch everyone at Regionals very soon…! 🌴🌴

FANTASTIC FIRST MEET OF THE SEASON

Congrats to everyone who traveled to Charlotte last weekend! 🌆🌆 We placed 5th at the meet with 10 top-10 finishes, had a great time racing & cheering & grubbing, AND came in 2nd and 3rd at the flip cup relays.‼️‼️ Shoutout to Paul and James for securing their first Nats cut in the 1 Breast!!
