What an incredible day with UTL Columbia Metro Flag Football! We had the opportunity to host a Field Day last month in partnership with CSI, and it turned out even better than we imagined.

The energy was contagious, the smiles were endless, and the laughter echoed across the field all day long. Watching these kids run, compete, and enjoy classic games brought back a wave of nostalgia, reminding us of the simple joy of being outside, making memories, and just being kids.

A huge thank you to everyone who helped make this event so special. Days like these remind us that sports are about so much more than the game, they are about community, connection, teamwork, and creating moments that last a lifetime.📸:

We are also offering an All-Girls League for ages 8–17!

Bring your friends, build your skills, and be part of an unforgettable summer on the field.

Excited to welcome our 3–5 year old athletes to our Summer Flag Football Program! 🏈

This is a non-contact program focused on teaching the fundamentals of flag football in a fun, positive, and energetic environment. Young athletes will learn basic skills such as teamwork, coordination, passing, catching, movement, and confidence-building through age-appropriate drills and games.

If you have been looking for a great way to introduce your child to sports, this is the perfect opportunity!

No experience needed. Just bring energy and a smile!

Both teams left it all on the field competing for the trophy. Definitely was the game to watch on Championship Day! A game full of heart, hustle, and big plays! We could not be more proud of all of our athletes! 🏆

Today we hosted our first Field Day with over 100 amazing kids from Carolina School for Inquiry and it was an absolute success! From games and laughter to nonstop energy and smiles, it was incredible to see everyone come together for such a fun and memorable day.

A huge thank you to everyone who helped make this event so special, Dr. Victoria & Coach Jack, Four Dogs Entertainment for keeping the vibes going with amazing DJ services, Nate Dent for the awesome face painting, Get Twisted Balloons for the incredible balloon creations the kids loved, and of course Chaotic Grace Photography for capturing all the unforgettable moments throughout the day. We can’t wait to share those memories with all of you soon! Lastly, thank you Midlands Technical College for bringing out your mascot for the kiddos!

We are so grateful for the support, participation, and positive energy from everyone involved. This is just the beginning with UTL Columbia, and we cannot wait to do it again next year! 🎉☀️
