**SPECIAL ENFORCEMENT — July 3-5, 2026**

Motorists across the state will see increased law enforcement presence and activity over the next few days as the SC Department of Public Safety conducts special enforcement during the Fourth of July holiday period.

The SC Highway Patrol and State Transport Police will be actively looking for drivers who are impaired, distracted, speeding or driving aggressively.
