All sugar is carbs. But all carbs aren't sugar. If someone told you to eliminate carbs, they told you wrong. Dead wrong. Carbs give you energy, especially when you train. DO NOT cut them all out. Learn which ones help and which ones hurt. Keep more rice, oats, potatoes, fruit, beans, and veggies. Limit soda, candy, pastries, and sugary drinks. Stop fearing carbs and learn how to use em properly.
Think about something you really want to accomplish in the next year.
Now ask yourselfā¦
What are you doing right now to put yourself in position for it?
Not what you want to do.
Not what you keep saying youāre gonna do.
What are you actually doing?
Because a lot of people want betterā¦
but their habits are still helping them stay the same.

Changed the cold plunge water for the first timeā¦
Spilled 2 gallons, questioned my life, then finally got it draining with a water hose and vacuum.
The Recharge Station survived.
Barely.
Not so fun fact: weight loss is not the same as body recomp "more toned" or "stomach flat ass fat". Fitness product marketing got yall confused. When you lose weight, you're losing the thing that helps shape your body (muscle). Cant have a more toned body without it. Fat loss and muscle building is how you do it. Happy Monday.
