The third annual Christina Bohn Memorial 5K for PMDD Awareness is happening on Saturday, October 17, 2026! We have in-person and virtual options for registering. Please join us in helping people learn about PMDD!

In the evening, we will have a dinner and fireside chat for women who have PMDD (each may bring one guest) and healthcare professionals. If you are able to join us for that dinner, please send a message. We hope you can come!
