After a lot of thought and planning, I wanted to officially announce that Warrior Heart Fitness LLC will be closing as its own entity and merging together with SHIPS on FIRE Fitness LLC.
While the name and structure may be changing, my mission remains exactly the same โ helping people improve their health, confidence, strength, and quality of life in an encouraging environment where nobody feels alone.
This transition allows us to combine resources, expand opportunities, and continue building something even stronger together. Iโm incredibly proud of everything Warrior Heart Fitness has stood for and grateful for every single client, supporter, and person who believed in me along the way.
As I continue growing professionally, I also hope to pursue an even bigger passion of mine in the future: creating a nonprofit focused on helping individuals with special needs and complex conditions gain access to fitness, wellness, and support services they deserve. That mission has always been close to my heart, and this next chapter helps create more room for that vision to grow.
Thank you to everyone who has supported Warrior Heart Fitness over the years. This is not an ending โ itโs simply a new chapter with the same heart behind it. โค๏ธ

As my schedule continues to grow, I am making an important change to how personal training sessions will be booked moving forward.
Effective immediately, I will no longer be accepting clients on a single-session/pay-per-session basis. All personal training clients will now be required to enroll in a monthly training package.
I take my role as a coach very seriously and dedicate time not only to your sessions, but also to programming, scheduling, preparation, and communication outside of the gym. Monthly packages allow for better consistency, accountability, progress tracking, and commitment from both coach and client.
In addition, all cancellations require a minimum of 24 hours notice. Any session canceled * by client* with less than 24 hours notice will be considered forfeited and cannot be rescheduled unless there is a true emergency.
Thank you to all of my clients who continue to respect my time, energy, and business. I truly appreciate every person who trusts me with their health and fitness journey. I love having you and cheering you on in all aspects of this journey.

Coach Anthony specializes in training athletes while also working with all populations. He recently graduated as a Physical Therapist Assistant, giving him additional knowledge in movement, recovery, injury prevention, and performance training to help clients move and feel their best.

โน๏ธ๐๐ชHi all! My name is Mallory Hudson. Iโm a rising senior at Hiram College studying Integrative Exercise Science and Spanish. After graduation, I hope to attend PA school to pursue a career in either sports medicine or the emergency room!
Outside of school, I enjoy baking, hiking, spending time with my two dogs, and staying active. My favorite workout is definitely lat pulldowns!
