Thursday is a grinder. Every single day is a grinder.

There isn’t a single dude on this competition team who isn’t leveling up, and there isn't one of them who isn't willing to go the distance to get better.
Absolute war on the mats tonight—repetition, fundamentals, and brutal fundamental striking. Let’s get one thing straight: it’s the fundamental movement strikes that win fights. You can throw all the fancy stuff you want, but if you can't execute the basics under pressure, it's all for naught.

🔥 Don't fear the man that knows a million moves. Fear the man that knows one move and has practiced it a million times.

Put in the work. Own the fundamentals.

We had an incredible night this Tuesday training with the one and only Rafael Lovato Jr. at Hard Drive Performance Center ! 🥋🔥

A few of us headed up tonight to dive deep into the world of Spider Guard.

We learned some game-changing sweeps, slick setups, and details that completely elevate our guard play.

Huge thanks to Rafael for sharing his world-class knowledge, and to our entire Hard Drive family for making it such a special night.

We’re already looking forward to the next opportunity to learn and grow on the mats together!

Real growth happens when the right leadership meets raw drive. 🥊🔥

Our MMA program is built for all ages, and watching these young athletes step up and advance at such an early age has been incredible. The dedication they bring to the mats is unmatched.

We are constantly excited to see how much further they will grow, and none of this is possible without our incredible mma team of adults. Iron sharpens iron.
