YTT Silent Retreat Weekend is happening this weekend, and we are SO excited!!! 😎

Our 200 hour training program includes a special offsite weekend dedicated to deep diving into self-inquiry and tuning the outside world all the way out! It’s a special time to be together, but some of the most incredible things can be discovered during the quietude.

Time to slow down.
Time to listen.
Time to reconnect.

We’re prepared and excited to support this group through a weekend of practice, reflection, connection, and maybe even a little discomfort that opens the door to growth.

And if this is the kind of experience you’ve been craving, our next 200hr Yoga Teacher Training begins this September. This is one of the things that makes our training feel extra special. While many teacher trainings focus solely on curriculum, we intentionally include a silent retreat weekend because some of the deepest learning happens in stillness. 😌

Join for her nurturing 3-week Prenatal Yoga Series designed to support you through every stage of pregnancy. Together, you’ll move, breathe, connect with baby, and build confidence for the journey ahead in a supportive, welcoming space.

Open to all trimesters with physician approval. 💛
