You don’t have to be at the studio everyday to have a consistent yoga practice…
Maybe just dropping in once a week is the perfect routine for your schedule.

Maybe you stick with the Hot Classic sequence each week at the same time, or maybe you like to drop into different formats to balance the rest of your life! We’re here to offer whatever you’re navigating, with a space to land, breathe, reset and relax!!
Lots of options available here for your own practice and needs! Let us know if we can get you set up!!
Can’t wait to see you in the studio! 🌱

Fun Fact : You don’t have to want to teach a single yoga class to take a yoga teacher training. 😎
Maybe you want to understand your own practice a little more. Maybe you’re curious about the philosophy behind what we do on the mat. Maybe you want to learn more about anatomy, breathwork, meditation, sequencing, or why we practice the way we do.
Or maybe something about teacher training has just been quietly calling your name. 😏
Our 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training is for future teachers AND curious students who simply want to learn more.
Our next journey begins September 4. There’s still time to join us.
🌟Yoga teachers + past trainees, we’d love to hear from you : What’s one thing you didn’t expect to get out of teacher training? Drop your thoughts in the comments!

How do you take your practice off of the mat?
It’s easy to notice where our minds go when we’re holding a challenging pose. Urges to adjust, compare, or push through. But the real work begins when we step off the mat and translate our practices into the rest of our day.
Taking yoga into your daily life isn’t about getting every moment right. It’s noticing how you show up, without attachment. It is the quiet awareness that lets you pause, observe, and offer yourself grace along the way.
Eventually, the pause may trickle in before a choice or reaction is made and you get the opportunity to soften before you respond.
Next time you catch yourself overthinking or judging yourself, take a breath. Observation without judgment is the practice.
Drop us a comment on how you take your practice into the rest of your day!
