United Strength has evolved.

Not because we wanted something new, but because we’ve become something more.

When we opened our doors in 2021, the goal was to build a better gym. Over time, that responsibility started to feel bigger.

Training matters. But health doesn’t begin and end with a workout. It’s shaped by how we move, what we understand, the choices we make, the people around us and the way we live outside these walls.

As that vision became clearer, we realized our brand needed to evolve with it.

A brand should be more than a logo. It should represent what you believe, what you’re building and where you’re going.

Every part of this identity was built with intention. The symbols. The typography. The language. The four pillars. The shield that brings them together.

// Move the City
// Foundation
// Longevity
// Reflection

Four different expressions of one idea:
helping people build stronger lives.

Huge appreciation to Greg Davis • Design and Motorsport Prints for helping take everything that was in my head and turn it into a visual system that finally feels like us.

This is the evolution of United Strength.

Stronger United.

Training is only part of taking care of yourself. It doesn’t have to carry all 24 hours.

Sleep. Food. Stress. Rest. Connection. It all matters.

Take care of The Other 23.

Coach Brianna Kuhlwein helps people understand the bigger picture of taking care of themselves and how to stay consistent with it long term.

We know better. And we keep choosing worse.

We have more information about our health than we’ve ever had. We know movement matters. We know strength matters. We know sleep matters. We know what we eat matters. We know relationships matter. We know spending hours staring at a screen probably isn’t making us happier.

We know enough. Yet we keep searching for another answer. Another shortcut. Another hack. Another reason why now isn’t the right time. At some point, we have to stop pretending the problem is that nobody told us what to do. The harder truth is that knowing and doing are two very different things.

You don’t control everything that happens to you. Your circumstances are real. Your limitations are real. Life can be fu***ng hard. But that doesn’t make your choices meaningless.

You still choose what you repeatedly give your time to. You choose what you’re willing to work for. You choose what you’re willing to change. And you choose what you continue accepting.

We all know the saying about insanity: doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result. Yet we do exactly that with our lives. We know what isn’t working. We know what we could do differently. We choose not to change it. Then we complain when nothing changes.

That’s the part we need to own. Not every circumstance. Not everything that happens to us. But our actions. Our inactions. The choices we had and chose not to make.

You can have a reason for staying where you are. It might even be a completely valid reason. But a reason doesn’t change the consequence.

One decision probably won’t determine your life. But make the same decision long enough and eventually it becomes your direction.

Five years from now, don’t be surprised by the consequences of choices you’ve been making every day.

If you want something different, choose something different. And if you don’t? That’s your choice too.

Just own it.

30.

That’s around the age your muscle mass starts heading in the wrong direction.

Research estimates we can lose roughly 3–8% of our muscle mass per decade after 30. And later in life, strength can decline even faster than muscle itself. One major study found strength disappearing at roughly 3x the rate of muscle mass.

Read that again.

This isn’t an old-person problem. And strength training isn’t just about looking strong. It’s about building something now that your body is eventually going to fight to keep.

You don’t need every fitness trend. You don’t need every new hack. You don’t need to make the gym your entire personality.

You need muscle.
You need strength.
And you need to train to keep both.

If you’re not obsessed with your life, change it.

We have more control over our lives than we sometimes want to admit.

You want to feel better in your body? Change how you take care of it. You want to be happier? Look at the people you surround yourself with. Look at how you spend your time. Look at the work you’re doing every day.

That doesn’t mean you can change everything overnight. And it definitely doesn’t mean life is always going to be easy. But you can start making choices that move your life closer to something you actually love living.

As coaches, we’re lucky to genuinely love what we do. We get to work with people. We get to help people take better care of themselves. We get to bring people together and hopefully leave somebody a little better than we found them.

There’s something incredibly fulfilling about being of service to other people.

An amazing life has a lot less to do with having everything you want and a lot more to do with how you choose to see the world, who you choose to share it with, and finding something that gives you a reason to give back.

You get to participate in creating your life.

Don’t sleepwalk through it.

Let’s be real. Most people barely warm up. If they do at all.

And there’s a difference between warming up for a workout and actually preparing your body to move.

In our classes, we’re going to get the muscles you’re about to use ready for the work ahead. But there’s another layer that happens before that.

Opening up the areas where you’re tight. Working through the ranges of motion your body needs. Increasing blood flow. Getting your neuromuscular system firing. Basically, getting your brain and body communicating before you start asking more from it.

That’s what priming your body actually means.

And it doesn’t need to take 30 minutes or involve some elaborate routine. A few intentional minutes can make a difference when you actually understand what your body needs.

That’s the reason for Before the Work.

Logan is going to help us break down the things you can do before you train, why they matter, and how to start figuring out what works for your body.

The goal isn’t to give you more stuff to do. It’s to help you understand your body well enough to take better care of it.

09/10/2026

It doesn’t matter where you start. What matters is what you do from there.

You don’t have to get in shape before you walk through our doors or feel like you need to have everything figured out first. Wherever you’re at, that’s where we start.

But once you’re here, we don’t want you just going through the motions. If you’re giving us an hour of your day, we want you to get something out of that hour.

We want you to work, but we also want you to learn. To understand your body, your health, and why you’re doing what you’re doing instead of just being told what to do.

Because the goal isn’t just to get you through today’s workout. It’s to give you the tools to take better care of yourself for the rest of your life.

Wherever you’re starting from, there’s a place for you here. Just be ready to put in the work.
