Hilliard Special Olympics

Wednesday, May 20th was not only the last volleyball practice this season, but an amazing opportunity to play some games against and with our friends at the Norwich Township Fire Department!! Some tough competition on the courts, but always extremely friendly! 😉🏐
Thank You firefighters for always bringing the fun, the laughs, the competition, and the high fives✋🏼! We can never repay you for continuing to treat our athletes, coaches, & families with continued compassion, respect, & kindness!💙🐾

One of the best days of the year…Law Enforcement Torch Run for Special Olympics Ohio! Today we took part in the Hilliard leg of the torch run and teamed up with our Hilliard Division of Police and Norwich Township Fire Department friends!
We are incredibly fortunate to have this partnership with our local heroes and this demonstrates another reason why!!!
Thank you to all the athletes, families, firefighters, police officers, and fans who lined the streets for your continued support!!!

We are 6 days from the first day of State Summer Games 2026 and we cannot wait! On May 17th we had our last meet/tournament of the season for track, tennis, bocce, and volleyball and our last bowling practice! An amazing day for our athletes and coaches! 🏃🏻🏃🏽‍♀️🎾🎱🏐🎳
Thank you Columbus School Special Olympics for hosting the Andrus Classic and putting on a wonderful event for all!

An amazing day filled with inclusion, energy, teamwork, and pure joy from these incredible athletes. We’re honored to be a place where the community comes together to support, compete, and celebrate every ability.

Sunday, May 3rd was a great day at the Regional Track Meet & Tennis Tournament!!! Congratulations to all of our Bobcats for competing and continuing to work hard! 🏃🏻‍♀️🏃🏽‍♂️🎾
A HUGE SHOUT OUT 📣 to our AMAZING coaches for not only ensuring that all of our athletes made it to their events on time and ready to go, but also being some of their biggest fans! We certainly would never be able to make this day happen without all of you! 🥰

We had a fabulous fun volleyball day at Westwood Fieldhouse! Thank you Westerville Special Olympics, Mercer County Special Olympics, Franklin County Special Olympics, and Madison County Tigers for joining us today!!! Lots of volleyball, tons of fun, & friendships that just continue to build! Thank you to our Bobcat families, athletes, & coaches for setting up, cleaning up, & working the event!! You all ROCK! And so happy we finally got a group pic 📸! 🏐💙🐾

Last Sunday, 4/26, was a great day for our bocce and volleyball teams! While the unified volleyball team didn’t have the outcome they hoped for, they fought hard losing by a few points to Pickerington in 2 sets. Congratulations to Pickerington and good luck as they head to states at the end of May!
Our bocce teams braved the chilliness 🥶 of the April air and came away with some hardware!! 🥇🥈🥉

LOOKING AHEAD TO THIS WEEKEND:
Saturday - 5/2, Both our volleyball teams will be playing at Westwood Fieldhouse on Saturday in Hilliard for some fun scrimmages from 9:15-2:00pm!! Come on out to cheer the teams on, work the scoreboard, or ref a game!!
Sunday - 5/3, Regional Tennis 🎾 Tournament & Track Meet🏃🏽‍♀️🏃🏽‍♂️at Upper Arlington HS! 9-3ish! 💙🐾💪🏼
