We had so much fun at our first WYB Gymnastics talent show. It was followed by an open gym with lots of skills, laughs and good times. Thanks to everyone who came and supported and cheered for our brave performers.

Greetings WYB Families,

Registration for Summer 1 Gymnastics Rec Classes has been moved to next Sunday May 24th, at 4:30pm. We are finalizing our class offerings and should have a preview schedule out to the families in the next few days. Thanks for your patience and we look forward to seeing everyone for the Worthington Memorial Day Parade next week. See the parade information below:

Worthington's Memorial Day Parade will be on Monday, May 25, 2026.

It's time for the annual Worthington Memorial Day Parade. We would love to have a HUGE turnout! Please see below for information if you and your athlete(s) would like to be a part of this fun tradition!

Details:
Monday 5/25/26
Meet at 9:30 am at Hartford Street Field (behind the Worthington Library)
Parents are welcome to walk along.

We enter the parade around 10:30-11 am, but we need to meet sooner due to the access roads closing. Expect to wait patiently with the group during that time.

Please have your child bring a water bottle and wear comfortable shoes. Sunscreen too!

We invite everyone to wear their WYB T-Shirt/Jersey/Uniform and march with their fellow athletes/coaches.

We will have candy to hand out but feel free to bring an extra bag or 2 as we always run out.

We CANNOT throw candy. Please remind your child to hand candy to parade spectators.

We enter the parade at the corner of Morning Street and 161 and typically stop marching at St. Michael Church at the corner of Selby Blvd. and High St. If your child does not want to walk that far, they may exit at any time.

Please make necessary arrangements for your child to be supervised and picked up at the end of the parade route. Most WYB kids exit the parade around St. Michael school (Selby & High).
