Should we get rid of the Mustang and take our endurance racing more seriously? BTW: AI helped me with this image - a lot and NO I did not buy this but I like the idea

🏎️ Progress Update from Red Pony Motorsports 🏎️

We have just now entered the third year of our partnership with National Engineering and Wright State University, and we are excited to share the progress we are able to make in enhancing the aerodynamics performance of our SCCA Formula 600 car!

This ongoing collaboration locks together National Engineering's financial backing with Wright State University's technical expertise in Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) modeling and our passion for innovating in motorsport. It's a perfect blend that pushes the limits of performance while nurturing connections between academia and industry.

Over the past year, we’ve focused on refining our CFD models, optimizing the front splitter for better downforce, and conducting wind tunnel tests to calibrate our findings. With the second year of this project wrapped up, we’re now gearing up to test and implement these advancements for the 2025 racing season.

The results so far have been incredibly promising, and we’re looking forward to seeing these innovations in action on the track. Stay tuned for more updates and take a look at the images of our front splitter optimization and CFD results!
