Northside High Patriot Softball

Solid start to the season for this young team through the month of August! Lots of work to do, but proud of the work so far!

The Pats are hot!!!! 🔥🔥🔥🔥 we take down Perry both games of the double header today. Northside wins the second game 10-3 off of the arm of Makenna Weems. Kelsie Fridley, Kaylee Newberry, and Kassidy Anderson each had 3 RBI’s. Kassidy Anderson hits a BOMB.

Pats approved to 10-2 on the year. We will be back at The Rock on Wednesday against Northgate.

THE FRESHMAN VICTORIA MONTES!!! She had a perfect game through 5 innings and a no hitter through six innings. Dominant in the circle today!

Northside beats undefeated Perry ( #4 in Nation based on MaxPreps) on the road by the score of 6-2. Doodle Williams also goes 3-4 with a BOMB to go with her 3 RBI’s.

LIGHTS OUT MAKENNA WEEMS!!!!! She pitches a three hit shutout with 5 strikeouts against a great Newnan team as Northside wins 8-0 to stay undefeated in 3-AAAAAA region play. GO PATS!!!

Another lightning delay 🙄

Unfortunately due to our lightning delay, the junior varsity game has been cancelled. Varsity will begin in 15 minutes. Go Pats!

The battle of the unbeaten!!! Newnan 8-3 (5-0 in region) travels south to The Rock today to take on our Lady Pats 7-2 (4-0 in region) at 5pm. JV immediately follows.

Region win on the road! Northside defeats Lovejoy 16-2 to improve to 7-2 on the season. We still have a busy week ahead with a massive region game at The Rock on Thursday against Newnan along with a doubleheader on the road against Perry on Saturday. Go Pats!
