Every Tuesday at 6pm we offer the Phoenix CrossFit class free of charge to anyone with 48 hours of sobriety. Tonight was a killer weight lifting session.

The Phoenix CrossFit at Rat Park!!! Every Tuesday at 6PM!!! 48 hours of sobriety is all it takes to be a part of this great class. This can be anyone. Not just someone who struggles with it. If your someone who just don’t drink or use because you don’t want to please come be a part of this class. Not everyone struggles with it in this pic. Some are just people who choose not to therefore they can be here.

And here is why we love this class! Because it puts a a great emphasis on what we are selling here at this gym. We believe in health and doing everything we can to reach the best we have to offer this world. To reach our full potential. We just do not believe that drinking or using any substances fits the prescription of optimal health or leads to meaningful lives and that is what we want for our people here. That is why we offer a class like this
