BALANCE and TEMPO!!
Everyone has a speed they can try to swing the club and finish balanced, where your tempo allows you to manage the face of the golf club. If you can not get 5-10 more yards out of the club, you are swinging way too hard! If you are flinging the club and you can't control your finish, you are swinging too hard! Train tempo! Train balance! Train center contact and then TRAIN to add speed! Book your lesson to learn how to train these two important parts of the game!

Focus of the week!!
- CHEST ROTATION -
Learning to use your chest properly in the golf swing is one of the keys to maintaining face control through the golf swing. The hands should be passive and simply release throught the golf ball as your chest is rotating through impact. If the chest starts to stop in transition and into impact, we may start to hunch over, now the hands activate and can cause a massive face angle change. Hard to be consistent with timing of face angle rotation. Understanding this and training to apply this can help improve your contact quickly. (Athletic Motion Golf) in the video below ππ goes into the biomechanic side of the chest movement. Learning to "feel" the proper mechanical side of movement can help implement the critical movement into your swing. Let me know if this helps! Reach out to learn how to apply this to your game!

Congratulations to Rory McIlroy ! πΎπΎπΎ
In my opinion he gets over looked and over shadowed because he hasn't won any Majors in awhile. He gets slept on, called a choke but this guy wins year after year, multiple major championships, he is an absolute threat during the Ryder Cup, and just keeps swinging.
Who do you think was the most overlooked golfer in history?

Tiger Woods is possibly leading a movement that would create a circuit for elite players inside the PGA Tour
Sources from the recent meeting that Tiger Woods led in Memphis say that there is talk of having a tour within the PGA Tour for the game's top players

I'm not sure how we feel about this. The PGA definitely has to do something, but is creating a somewhat copycat the way? We would love to hear your opinion! ππππ

BEFORE AND AFTER one lesson! Sign up for your own lesson and start enjoying your rounds of golf more with the link below!
Before: Very little chest and Hip rotation which gets the arms working up above the plane. This causes the lead arm to fold which flares the trail arm elbow high, which causes the trail arm to fold that club behind the head. This guy is a 11 handicap player too! Some of the best hands I've ever seen with where this position is.
After: With some chest and hip rotation drills, some lead arm and trail arm function information and feelings. We are starting to get somewhere here! Much better position to be consistent with the face control. Understanding how the body feels and why it functions that way is a massive part of improvement in face control. Well done Tommy Sr.!
Can't wait to keep watching you progress!
