The Electrical Trades Center of Central Ohio provides quality education to individuals pursuing a career in the electrical field.
A career as a highly skilled commercial/industrial electrician isn’t for everyone. Our workplace is generally found in an uncontrolled environment that is exposed to the cold of winter, the rains of spring, the heat of summer, and the temperate weather of autumn. As craftsman we travel all across central Ohio to ply our trade, a year-long construction project to us is a long term proposition. But

Congratulations to the 2023 Joe Arndt Memorial Scholarship Recipients- Marissa Bellamy and Austin Gillenwater! Two outstanding 2nd-year Inside Wiremen Apprentices are selected each year to receive this generous scholarship.
Joe Arndt, Sr. served the IBEW Local 683 for over 50 years. Thank you to the entire Arndt Family for your continued support of our apprentices.
