WHOSE INTERESTED IN COMING TO BETTER BODY BOOT CAMP THIS THURSDAY NIGHT 6PM AT FRANKLIN PARK?

We will meet at the Outdoor Amphitheater
(Enter the park off of Broad Street and veer to the right. Follow to parking lot. Outdoor Amphitheater will be visible.
If it rains, we will meet under the gazebo - same location).
We will do a "body weight" workout this first one and talk about weights for future classes. Please bring water, mat and a Friend! We will start off with moderate intensity until I can see where everyone's level is. You can always take it up or down a notch.
Please let me know for certain if you will be there. We need at least five to make it a go! Thanks and I hope to see you soon!
