Did you know that Sunday's 🐯 Little Tigers classes are part of First Christian Church Outreach Program? Not sure what that means? It means that ALL children (ages 6-12) are welcome to participate for FREE every Sunday! Call or message for more details 😁🫶

Our Free Form Combatives schedule will now be Saturdays 9:00-10:00 AM and Sundays 4:45-6:00 PM

Free Form Combatives, taught by Master Lavelle Smith, teaches practical self-defense skills, helping students feel safer and more prepared in everyday life.
