A great weekend at Special Olympics Fall Games in Valdosta GA. Our teams had a blast participating in Bocce! It was such an exciting opportunity for one of our athletes to be the torch bearer. The opening ceremonies were a total hit, too—full of great food, music, and dancing. Our Muscogee Sports athletes really crushed it, taking home plenty of gold, silver, and bronze medals, in addition to ribbons! 😊

The good people of Douglasville, Georgia, usually hold an annual Bocce Invitational, and Muscogee Sports was all geared up to compete on Saturday, September 26th. Unfortunately, Douglasville had to cancel this year’s event—but our incredible team didn't let that stop us!
One of our wonderful board members graciously opened her home in Bluffton, Georgia, to host a mini bocce tournament just for our athletes. We made the trip this past Saturday and had an absolute blast playing competitive bocce, sharing great food, and enjoying wonderful camaraderie.

Hey everyone! Just wanted to share some awesome news! Another year of sports has wrapped up for our amazing athletes. We all got together to celebrate with a fun end-of-year party for the 2025-2026 season! It was so awesome that most of our athletes could make it, and everyone had a blast. Our athletes each snagged a certificate of achievement and a cool new T-shirt. We also gave a big shout-out to our Unified Partners because, seriously, our teams couldn't happen without them! And last but not least, we celebrated the Muscogee Sports Board Members.Their dedication to our athletes is what makes everything possible. Huge congrats to all the Muscogee Sports Athletes!
