Runners: Practice tonight is at Cooper Creek @ 7 pm, with the Middle School. Wed & Fri are at Lakebottom.

CC RUNNERS PLEASE NOTE: Due to the threat of severe weather this evening, CC practice has been cancelled tonight. (Friday, June 28). The CC website has been updated and emails sent with this info, but please spread the word to your teammates for me! Run 25-35 minutes on your own this weekend to make up for tonight. Next week is Dead Week, so CC practice resumes Monday, July 8.
