Thank you for having us yesterday ! An absolutely amazing space and great atmosphere! 10/10 recommend and will be back again.

-10/10 hated leg day but had a blast being in a new setting and getting some lifts in with the guys.

405 x 6 I may or may not have overshot my rpe but eff we ball . I’m still working out a relationship with these high bar squats. Niko said he was turning me into an ATHLETE. I was hoping for an avenger or some nun crazy but I guess 🤷🏾‍♀️
