The hardest part of your health and fitness journey is actually starting, and the second hardest (for my clients) is doing the progress pics. This right here is why we do them! Pictures are priceless for all fitness levels, and a great source of motivation. Over 50lbs down this year and we’re not done yet! Ashleigh Strovolidis has been on a mission and really figured out how to make this her lifestyle. She’ll be going into the new year a new person 👏🏾👏🏾 (even more of her high energetic smiling self 😎)
