Beavercreek Soccer Association is seeking a dynamic Executive Director to lead our nonprofit organization and help shape the future of youth soccer in the Dayton area.

The Executive Director will oversee operations, programs, tournaments, staff, volunteers, fundraising, and community partnerships while supporting our mission of providing exceptional soccer experiences for players of all levels.

Qualifications:
• 5+ years of leadership experience in nonprofit, sports management, or a related field
• Strong fundraising, operations, and community relations skills
• Youth soccer experience preferred
