As I am sure many of our loyal and long time pool people saw, there was a story regarding the pool on Channel 6. No one from the pool was contacted so we wanted to clear up a few things. Both this year and last, we were contacted to test for mosquitoes and treat the pool which I have personally gone to let them in each time they've requested. The news stated they treated all of Valleyview so it is not just the pool. The pool is still for sale for $175,000 (negotiable). Everyone is entitled to their opinion however unless people know the facts of the case they should be careful what they say. As hard as it is for all of the long time patrons it is also hard on those that had an investment in the pool both personally and financially. Spread the word that regardless of any rumors the pool is still for sale (at a great price I may add) An amazing 2-bedroom apartment and business. The land alone is valued at 189,000.
