Come on over and move your body! Complete the stress cycle! Movement doesn’t have to be a class where you blast thru exercises so hard you dissociate for a bit. It can be an invitation to be IN your body, IN the moment, and providing care for yourself, getting curious, and even playing.

The Cadillac is your grown up playground! There are so many ways this baby provides feedback and containers to really feel exercises in your body. Lay down and enjoy the gentle activation of the Breathing exercise or fly high and hang from the rafters, rowing and hanging upside down. Have you tried hanging with feet in the cozies?!!
