There’s a kind of strength that has nothing to do with how much weight you lift.

It’s how you show up for other women.
How you encourage instead of compare.
How you make space instead of take it.

Because when women feel supported, they move differently. They take risks. They try again. They believe in themselves in ways they didn’t before.

That’s the kind of environment we protect here.

Be the reason another woman walks into a room and feels like she belongs. 🤍

Strength isn’t about aesthetics, it’s about function.

As women, building muscle supports so much more than how we look. It plays a direct role in hormone health, metabolism, bone density, and how well our bodies move and age over time.
The stronger you are, the more supported your body is in everyday life.

This isn’t a phase.
This is a foundation.
BUILD is our strength class. Its the foundation to how we train, how we move, how we stay mobile and what empowers us women that YES we absolutely CAN (and we will 😉 )

Weekends get full. Plans stack up. Routines shift.

Instead of expecting you to work around your schedule, we created something that works with it.

Our Memorial Day digital class gives you flexibility you can take it when it fits, not when the clock says you should.

Because movement should support your life… not compete with it.

Your routine doesn’t need to disappear just because your schedule changes.

We’ve created digital options so you can stay consistent… whether you’re traveling, adjusting your schedule, or just need more flexibility.

You can rent classes, join live sessions, or simply receive the recording and move when it works for you.

Because consistency shouldn’t require perfection.
It should adapt to your life.

There’s a lot of pressure around January: new goals, new routines, new expectations.

But you’re absolutely not!

Real, sustainable change doesn’t come from extremes. It comes from building something that actually fits your life.

You can start now.
You can start slowly.
You can start differently.
And it will still count.

Nurses have impacted lives in ways most women will never fully be able to put into words.

In some of life’s most vulnerable, emotional, and life-changing moments, they step in with a level of care that goes far beyond their job description. They anticipate needs, hold space, and carry people through moments they never expected to face.

That kind of compassion leaves a lasting mark.

As a small way to give back, THE WELL is offering free classes to nurses May 4–9 including added evening sound bath meditations to support those coming off second shift.
⭐️ TO REDEEM:
• Email proof of an active badge from your organization email to receive a free access code
• Send to [email protected]
• Bring your badge to class for check-in

If you are a nurse, or you know one, please share this with them.

A small thank you for the impact you make every single day. 🤍

Spring tends to trigger the urge to “clean things up.”

Lighter meals, Fewer indulgences and a desire to feel more energized and aligned. All of that makes sense.

But here’s where things often go wrong⬇️

Women move into restriction so quickly sometimes its detrimental to the progress you’re desiring. And when the body is consistently under-fueled, it doesn’t respond by “burning more.”

It responds by protecting itself!
That can look like:
1. Increased cortisol (stress hormone)
2. Slower metabolic output (unwanted weight)
3. Holding onto energy instead of using it efficiently
4. Disrupted hunger and fullness cues (over and under eating)

So yes, it’s okay to be more intentional this season.
It’s okay to pull back, simplify, or reset your habits. But it has to be done responsibly.

Your body still needs 3 things:
1- adequate protein
2- enough carbohydrates to support hormones and energy
3- enough overall intake to feel safe to function

This is super important - You cannot build a healthy, functioning metabolism while consistently under-eating.

This is why working with a practitioner or nutritionist matters. Not to restrict you, but to help you understand what YOUR body specifically needs to function optimally without slipping into survival mode.

If you’re ready to understand what your body’s specific needs are comment MACROS or send us a private DM and we will set you up into our nutritional program.
