Happy National Coaches Day to the incredible coaching staff at Gymnastics Unlimited! 💙🤸‍♀️

Sorry we’re a little late to posting… but we’ve been busy out on the floor… yanno, COACHING! 😂

Today we celebrate the amazing people who spend countless hours teaching, spotting, encouraging, correcting, motivating, celebrating, and sometimes saying “ONE MORE TIME!” about 47 times. 🤣

Our coaches are so much more than the people who teach skills. They build confidence, wipe tears, celebrate victories big and small, push our athletes to be their best, and create memories that will last far beyond their time in the gym.

Without each and every one of you, GU simply wouldn’t be here. 💙 Your time, dedication, patience, passion, and love for our athletes are what make Gymnastics Unlimited the special place it is.

We are so incredibly thankful for everything you pour into our gymnasts and GU every single day.

Happy National Coaches Day to the BEST crew around! We ❤️ our coaches! 🤸‍♀️✨

Drop some love for your favorite GU coaches in the comments! 👇💙🤍

We can’t let the day end without saying:

🎉🤸‍♀️ HAPPY BIRTHDAY, COACH JAMES! 🤸‍♀️🎉

Help us wish a very HAPPY BIRTHDAY to the one who keeps Gymnastics Unlimited going — our boss, leader, coach, problem solver, and the person behind so much of what we do! 💙

Coach James, we hope you know how much you are appreciated by your staff, gymnasts, and GU families. Thank you for everything you do for our gym and for always supporting our athletes and coaches (even when we keep you on your toes! 😉).

We hope your birthday was filled with lots of laughs, a little relaxation, and ZERO gym problems to solve! 😂🎂

Drop Coach James some birthday love in the comments! 🥳🎈

Happy Birthday from your GU Family! 💙🤸‍♀️
