The Cap City Short Track series is in the books. Big ups to Lauren Kraft of Lady Gnar Shredders for taking the overall prime award of "Party Queen" for the women with 3 primes in 4 races and Aaron Saez of Team SixOneFour in becoming the "Party King" by winning 4 primes in 6 races.

You have all been battling it out for those refreshing primes at the Cap City Cross' Short Track races for three weeks in a row. Two men (Sam Kieffer - 4 primes and Aaron Saez - 3 primes) and two women (Lauren Kraft - 2 primes and Mandi Payton - 2 primes) are heads above the rest. Who will take the top spot as the Cap City Short Track Party King and Party Queen? Party King Racing takes over Pelotonia with flip cup

Congrats to Jeff Rupnow from Paradise Garage Racing for winning the Cap City Short Track MTB overall 1st lap prime award with 5 first lap primes throughout the 4 week series. He was rewarded with some delicious beer from The Granville Brewing Company and a six pack beer caddy from Fyxation. 1st lap prime series overall update! After 3 weeks of Cap City Short Track MTB racing our series overall is coming down to the wire. Will it be a bike throw, hard dive towards the line or one lap of full gas racing that propels our winner to victory?

Scott Young leads all racers with 4 primes, Sam Kieffer and Jen Malik are tied for second with 3 and rounding out the top 3 is Jeff Rupnow with 3 (2 masters and one Men 1/2/3) primes.

Please note the tie-breaker rule below:
(In the event of a tie the award will go to the most prime victories in the highest category. Categories order as follows: Men/Women1/2/3, Single Speed Open/Masters Open, Men/Women 2/3, Men 3. If a tie still remains those in the tie will settle the score via feats of strength) Cap City Cyclocross

PKR is announcing an overall 1st lap prime series award to keep you chasing those Lime-A-Ritas.
