I think I can speak on behalf of anyone who has worked with, followed or had the pleasure of becoming friends with - it will absolutely live up to the hype.

There are no two humans who are truer in real life as the way they present themselves on social media, than Ryan and Annie.

Whether it’s endless s**t talking about Halloween candy preferences, infinite knowledge about his craft and the true desire to always learn more, banter so infectious you can’t help but laugh just being around the two, exquisite transitioning to becoming parents leading by example for the kids they’ve had for years, a presence that makes you want to be a better person, friend and athlete, and genuine sweetness that leaves you wanting to be around them more..

Ryan and Annie change lives for the better. We love you and we’re honored that you were with us on our best day.. and I can truly say even on some of my worst, Ryan, you are always there. Thanks for being you Squat Dad.. and thanks for keeping Jimmy so happy so we can all share her with you. Congratulations on your baby boy who will inevitably be a specimen of a human both inside and out - just like his parents.

Happy VERY Belated because I suck Birthday, Ryan. We hope this is your best year yet - though topping the year you brought Jack into the world will be tough 😏Here’s to a shotgun redo in honor of Knights Pub and friends who even from afar, feel like family.

On Sunday, I got a sister!

- you were the most beautiful bride and it was the most perfect day. To say I was HONORED to stand by your side and to have you by mine would be the understatement of the century. When I met you 8 years ago in the Florida Keys, I met a long legged, sun kissed blonde who had stolen my brothers heart. When you married my brother on Sunday I witnessed the union between my best friend and that same sun kissed blonde girl who has stolen the entire Wooley Family’s hearts.

said it perfectly, none of us were about to let mess this up.. but the truth is, not even Hurricane Ian could stand up against the force of the love you and Andrew share.

I have never met another person (other than Mom and maybe 😉) that the Silver Fox loves just as much as Andrew and I… the tears he shed during Jeff’s incredibly touching speech is a testament to that, but so are the last 8 years of watching his heart melt when he talks about you and Wooley. When Momma Wooley changes her sacred Chocolate Chip recipe and every single Thanksgiving tradition to fit the dietary needs of her sons girlfriend before her own daughter’s (albeit yours are MUCH more important!) .. you know it’s true love.

Em, your spirit is unmatched. Your love for my brother and ability to bring out the best in him has been a true pleasure to witness. I’ve said it once, and I’m sure AKW will remind me for the rest of my life.. but having your relationship as a guiding light the last almost decade (and a tough talking to at Chipotle which is so on brand) is the reason I met Landon and changed my life 5 years ago.

You will never know how much I love you, but thank God, now I get to show you for the rest of my life! Welcome to the family Mrs Wooley and thank you for allowing me to be part of the most special day, and thank you for standing next to me on mine.

Krista Marie Pavese - 30 years. 30 years of ups and downs, life getting in the way and God reminding me that life isn’t allowed to get in the way. Your speech (video coming soon) left everyone teary eyed, your smile leaves every room brighter than it was before you walked in. My life is better because you are in it.

You have had my back like no one ever has, your level headed, always has a plan, evergreen positivity are qualities that are so rare. Your steadfast love for the people around you is stronger than any hurricane force wind or the rarest of gemstones. You ooze love and for those of us lucky enough to be around you, we bask in it and can only hope to share a portion of that with others. I have loved you my whole life, and if I’m lucky I have about another 60 left to continue. Thank you for being you. Everyone needs a KK - but thank GOD he blessed me with mine.

Southern Nutrition Pooler is officially open! Coming up on our one month anniversary in a couple of days. Life has been crazy and it just keeps getting crazier. Yes I still work out. Thank god for making sure we keep grinding and improving in all ways. We are 49 days from getting married. I’m 9 days away from being old. Miles to go before we sleep, but for now, we have a lot to be thankful for.

Coronavirus cane to town and ruined your day, so off to Florida we went and we might have to stay. Your Jordan year is here and we all know he is the GOAT, but your anabolic man bun gives you enough reason to gloat. I promise we’ll make this quarantine birthday fun, like your 21st, plus one.. AND ONE 🏀 Social distancing sucks and we just want them to set the gyms free, but never forget, nobody likes you when you’re 23.
