Happy Birthday to one of our amazing instructors, Jen! 🥳

Jen has been part of the Novo family since taking her very first barre class over a decade ago! While she loved the workout, it was the incredible community that truly hooked her—and that same sense of connection is what she continues to bring to everyone who walks through our doors. For Jen, Novo is so much more than a fitness studio. It's a place where victories are celebrated, tough days are met with encouragement, and every person is welcomed with open arms. She believes there's truly no place like Novo, and we couldn't agree more. ✨

When she's not teaching (and did we mention she’s taught over 1,000 classes?!), Jen stays busy in her favorite role as a stay-at-home mom—wearing all the hats from chef and chauffeur to personal shopper and everything in between. She also loves traveling whenever she gets the chance, spending time with family and friends, and creating delicious meals to share around the table.

Today we're celebrating someone who makes Novo feel like home for so many. Help us wish Jen the happiest birthday! We hope your day is filled with lots of laughter, plenty of coffee, and all the love you've poured into this community over the years. 💜

Happy Birthday to one of our lovely instructors, Autumn! 🥳

Autumn has been bringing energy, encouragement, and so much fun to Novo ever since she took her very first class in 2017. As someone who grew up playing sports and loved lifting and running, Novo gave her something fresh and exciting—and we're so glad it did! She’s now certified in many of our methods and has taught over 1,000 classes for our Novo community!

For Autumn, the studio is a place to leave life's worries at the door and be fully present. Whether she's leading a high-energy class or taking one herself, she's fueled by great playlists and unforgettable instructors and clients who inspire her to keep growing. ✨

Outside of Novo, Autumn wears many hats. She's a mama to two beautiful girls, the owner of her jewelry business–Parlie Clay, and spends her free time making beautiful pieces, walking, journaling, listening to inspirational podcasts, and planning adventures with her husband. She also has two adorable dachshunds, loves Las Vegas, and will happily tell you that winter is not her season.

Today we're celebrating an instructor who pours so much passion, positivity, and heart into everything she does. Help us wish Autumn the happiest birthday and an amazing year ahead! 💜

Happy Birthday to our incredible yoga instructor, Tarisha! 🥳

Tarisha has been part of the Novo family since she first walked through our doors in 2017, and we've been so grateful to have her ever since. Whether she's guiding others on the mat or catching up with clients between classes, she brings such a calming, joyful, genuine presence wherever she goes.

Outside of the studio, Tarisha loves camping, hiking, traveling the world, embracing holistic wellness, and mentoring teens. She believes in creating a life that brings peace and harmony to her soul—filling her own cup so she can pour into others. That same mindset inspires every class she teaches, knowing that every workout and every moment of self-care is an investment her 80-year-old self will thank her for.

When she's not at Novo, she's a Program Manager at Aflac, but you might also catch her humming an India.Arie song, proudly embracing her inner Trekkie, or rocking one of her favorite Novo boutique tees. Some of her favorite Novo memories include our glow event with her oldest niece and Bounce classes with her youngest niece—proof that fitness is even more fun when it's shared with the people you love.
