Our Story

Katie and Jamie bought The Pilates Studio in 2021. They had both worked at the studio for several years before becoming owners. Along side them are several talented Instructors who are passionate and knowledgeable about Pilates. What sets us apart is our experience and expertise in movement specifically Pilates as well as our love for this community. Our clients are our family and friends. We find joy in helping improve the lives of others!

We are excited to announce our 2025 Pilates Certification program!

The Pilates Studio
Comprehensive Reformer Certification + Mentoring 2025

This year we are happy to announce our Certification + Mentoring Program. We have tailored the program to each individual student instead of a traditional group setting. We feel that this will create a more intentional and intimate learning situation. Our students will have full access to great instruction and mentoring throughout the training.

Overview
Register any time in 2025 to start your individualized Certification Track. Once registered you will receive a Reformer Manual and a Map to guide you through the training. The training includes 12 Private sessions with our Teacher Trainers, 20 Group Classes, studio use and 30 minute monthly check ins. This program will take you 6-12 months to complete. Upon completion there will be a test. It is our goal to make sure our graduates are ready to teach Reformer Group Classes and Private sessions.

We are now offering 30 minute Hypervolt Massage sessions. If you take private pilates sessions with us then you have probably gotten a little taste of the benefit of the Hypervolt. Hypervolt is a precision massage device that is designed to release muscle soreness. We have had so much success using it with private clients that we want to make it available to everyone!
