Hello Prairie Aqua Friends!

Here is my schedule for Water Fitness next week!
4/10-4/12- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday Deep Water High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) at 6PM.
4/14- Friday Shallow Water at 9AM, Deep Water HIIT at 10AM and Arthritis at 11AM.
4/15- SATURDAY DEEP WATER FITNESS HIIT AT 8:10AM

Hello Aqua folks! Please join us Saturday morning at 9:30am for the New Aqua Blast at Victory Fitness Center! The plan is to increase fat burning cardio intervals than we’ve been doing in Boot Camp! Hope to see you there Saturday morning!
