Good evening martial artists, family, & friends,

I am reaching out in hopes this finds you well & healthy. I also want to let you know about a performance coming up This Saturday at 10:30am at Schiller Community Center! Tomorrow!

As you may know, I recently completed one of the last hurdles for a battle with cancer! I am feeling healthy and continuing to heal while being officially cancer free! Wahoo!

I will be teaching again in the Spring coming up March 30th at Schiller Community Center. The schedule is below and I will be performing this Saturday there to share the program with the community! Come watch some qi gong, tai chi, & kung fu and if you would like to join me I would be happy to have you.

For the Spring session we have some limited time to squeeze in training especially on Saturday so some age groups may look different. If you have any questions or concerns about the schedule or fees please don’t hesitate to reach out to me directly. Here’s what’s coming up:

Spotlight on Schiller:
Saturday March 21st
10:30am Qi Gong & Tai Chi
11:30am Kung Fu

Spring Session:
March 31-May 24 (*starts 1 week after regular programming!)
Qi Gong & Tai Chi Tuesday: 6-7pm
Kung Fu Saturday:
Little Tigers (ages 3-4): 10-10:45am
Big Tigers (ages 5-6): 10:45-11:30am
Open (ages 7-up): 11:45-12:45pm

Asian Festival (End of Spring Session Performance):
May 23-24
Time TBD
*For all practitioners: enrolled students will have their last class at the festival.
