Foosball family. It's with a heavy heart that I announce that our friend and fellow foosball player, Chris Elliott, passed away this evening. I remember back in about 1994 or 95 when Chris moved from Florida to Columbus, and he showed up at Arlington Cafe for our weekly DYP. Chris was a gregarious, larger-than-life personality, and we spent many hours and nights practicing and playing tournaments. Please remember Chris's children and family in your prayers. This is a terrible loss. Thank you. 😢

For the first time, we played a BYP non double elimination, using a Monster format. If this is the direction foosball is going, seems like the foosers are all for it! This was No Two Pros BYP also, so every team had to have at least one Amateur or lower ranked player on the team. There was a total of 12 teams this night.

It was another great Monster DYP for May! We had 21 players total, with foosers from all over Ohio and one fooser from Louisiana! Five tables in the Blue Skye Island Bar now helped us get 8 rounds in before the playoffs. It was a super fun time for everyone!

Pappy's Lounge has had a Tuesday Night foos going for 5 years! We made some great friends this night, played for a couple hours. They're all fired up to come play at The Palace. 😃
