I am so incredibly proud of this woman! Difficult inner work in conjunction with all the physical regimes make for a challenging 3 months of growth and she rose to the occasion!
In her own words:
“After years of struggling with my relationship with food and anxiety I decided it was time to make a change.. I have fluctuated with being underweight and then got to my heaviest weight.. I was ready to make a lifestyle change and lose weight in a healthy way for the first time. With the help from Kate I was able to reteach myself how I view food. I was able to look at food as a source of energy and growth and not feel guilty eating! With the combination of weight training, cardio and new knowledge of food over the last 3 months I was able to get to my desired weight in a strong and healthy way, it was a challenging path but I wouldn’t change it! I feel so much stronger mentally and of course physically! I was very hesitant to join a gym with zero knowledge on weight training but it was nothing but a smooth entrance into the weight training world and I cannot wait to continue! I am so thankful for the constant communication and support between myself and Kate, I couldn’t have done this without her.”

Meet Sierra! Wife, Hockey Mom, 40+ years old with a highly successful career involving quite a bit of travel. Yes, it can be done, and she proved it 💪🙌💪
⬇️⬇️⬇️ her story is amazing and I think you’d be surprised how working hard at a couple simple things created this change!
She came to the Body Biz 9 months ago. After a year of treatments for breast cancer, and successfully being cancer free!
Our goal was not to make drastic changes in short amount of time leading to increased stress on her system. Her goals to loose fat, and get her muscles mass back started with a calorie deficit, and focusing on real meals focused on protein and serving sizes of carbs that kept her energy up.
We added two lifting days a week with a strength and conditioning coach. This is the most consistent exercise she kept through out her program. Most weeks she added a yoga class, or a long walk with a vest.
Sierra is a hockey mom, and if you know anything about hockey, you know it’s the longest season and you have to travel almost every weekend. Even with this schedule she kept her nutrition consistent and her two lifts a week faithfully.
She added a third day of lifting with her trainer in the past two months because she has time and she wanted to, but most her progress was made with only two days of lifting a week and a very good meal plan.

10 week progress pictures for dialing in nutrition and prioritizing weight training! This is pretty impressive for a 20 year old with no responsibility but even more so for a 45 year old Dad and business owner. Way to go Eamon! Check out those muscle gains on the last slide!

There are sooooo many more things that make maintaining a healthy lifestyle, weight, and activity you love than tracking your food. Things like exploring the emotions that cause your need to@resort to food or excessive working out.
THERE IS FREEDOM ON THE OTHER SIDE AND ITS SO WORTH IT❤️

Often, we lose sight of the forest for the trees by focusing on the details of our diet and exercise programs, while larger issues in our lives prevent us from maintaining the energy and resources needed for consistency.
Through two monthly meetings and weekly check-ins, we will help you identify key lifestyle factors holding you back from feeling your best and assist you in unraveling why these barriers exist for you. This is a deeper dive inward and a lesser focus outward.
Message Kate, Mattie, and Lexie individually for pricing!

It can be scary to “mix things up” when you find a formula that works for you with meals and snacks. It’s important to remember our body’s needs are a moving target and our mental and emotional needs are just as important as our physical ones. That’s why you have to explore new creations and get outside your comfort zone of set meals.
This is a new afternoon snack I am trying in the last week to shake up my typical yogurt bowl or bar.
1/3 cup pancake mix, 1/3 cup chocolate fairlife milk, 1 egg for pancake batter and topped with chocolate donut spice and sugar free maple syrup 😋
Around 300 calories and 22 grams protein and so yummy!
