A coach has the ability to impact a life in so many ways. I will be forever grateful to have had coaches in my life who invested in me in a million ways that was not just about my athletic development. I know, as a coach, that I have a lot of influence on the ways I work to invest in the people whom I coach…and I do not take that lightly! I am blessed to have had coaches who gave me a shining example of what coaching should be. I had the chance to coach “against” my college coach last weekend and it was so great catching up (albeit briefly). Love ya so much Coach!

After taking a gap year, Phoebe Dowty has decide to join our squad to continue her academic and athletic career! I am elated to have her coming to run with us and I am excited to have her leadership and expertise! Welcome to the fam Phoebe :)
