Who We Are and What We Do
Zombies don't discriminate and neither do we! We strive to be a welcoming, friendly atmosphere focusing on bettering ourselves through healthy lifestyle choices and having fun. Whether you’ve never worked before and are looking for a healthy community or you’re an experienced gym rat looking for a fun challenge we welcome you to stop in and try us out.
We are a class structured facility that focuses on high intensity interval training, weightlifting, cardio, gymnastics movements, and most importantly, you! Our class sizes typically run between 3-8 people during the week and all of our coaches are Crossfit L-1’s who love what they do and the people they do it with. Classes are typically 1 hour in length and include stretching, a warm-up, and a WOD (workout of the day). Our only exceptions are our Thursdays which are open gym (2 potential workouts are available for you to choose from if you’re not sure what to do) and our Survivor Saturday’s which can potentially run for 1-2 hours depending on how much fun we are having.
