Power Hour Whiteboard Breakdown with Coach Jack!Today’s Max Effort Upper Body session is led by our Head Power Hour Coach and Conjugate Methods seminar coach, Jack Howard.In Power Hour, we follow the Conjugate System—constantly rotating exercises and combining Max and Dynamic Effort work to build strength across all speeds. This method keeps training exciting and lets athletes jump in anytime, making steady gains without needing a strict linear program!

Today, we’re taking a closer look at the stiff legged dumbbell deadlift with CrossFit Level 3 Coach David Ulmer in our Grandview Barbell Power Hour class! 💥 Over the past month, this movement has been a staple in our programming, building the posterior chain and improving key lifts like squats, deadlifts, and Olympic lifts. Power Hour classes are all about slowing things down, focusing on strength, and addressing those weak spots! 💪
