Important Events coming up in Ohio – Save the Dates!!

Mark your calendars for these upcoming events across Ohio! These competitions and training opportunities are key milestones as we prepare for the AAU & USAT National Championships.

AAU Taekwondo Ohio District, Ohio Taekwondo Association, and Ohio United Taekwondo will be supporting and funding selected athletes competing at Nationals this year.

Funding Eligibility:
Athletes must participate in the respective organization’s events to be considered for scholarship opportunities (for additional info, please reach out to the event organizers)

Let’s continue to train hard, stay consistent, and represent Ohio at the highest level—see you all at these exciting events!

Grandmaster Lee and Aiden will depart on Thursday for the U.S. Open Championships in Las Vegas.

On Friday, Aiden will compete in the -68kg Junior Division, facing athletes from around the world. We sincerely ask for your strong support and encouragement.

Wishing GrandMaster Lee and Aiden the best of luck at the 2026 US Open Championships! He’ll be competing in the -68kg division against elite athletes from the U.S. and around the world. Let’s go GM Lee, let’s go Aiden, and let’s go Ohio!

This month we had Coach/Athlete Melvy Alvarez join us for Ohio United Taekwondo. He stopped by JK Kang Taekwondo to lead an introductory sparring session, then turned up the intensity with a high-level, insight-packed camp.
