The 4 Corners Ride on the South Side 🚲✨
Cruising through community history, art, and the future of the South Side.
Our first stop is the mural on Ann St by the free pantry before heading over to the old shoe factory recently purchased by Columbus Printed Arts. We’ll roll past the mural on 22nd at the dentist office where Lisa is currently working to secure a grant to give it a fresh new update 🎨
We’ll also stop by the Urban Forest to check out all the amazing changes happening as it transitions from a community garden into a more sustainable growing space 🌱
From there we’ll cruise past the old Butler House, a place we once used for home history research that’s now on the list for Columbus Landmarks. Then it’s off to the Caroline Brown House, rumored to have ties to the Underground Railroad.
And of course we’ll wrap things up at Columbus & Ohio… arguably the most Columbus, Ohio spot in all of Columbus, Ohio 😆
Thursday May 21st,
Meet up at 934 Parsons Ave at 6:30 PM🚲 Wheels up at 7:00 PM sharp
About a 3–4 mile ride, roughly an hour long, and we’ll finish things up at Parsons North 🍻🚲

Happy new bike day to Ben!! 💜🚲
He came in looking for a bike for recreational use and talked about always being into mountain biking and different styles of riding. He checked out our bikes and was able to get a full tour of the shop to see all the resources we have available. 💜
Next thing ya know we saw this Specialized Expedition and he fell in love with it. It’s a 1X8 Nexus drivetrain simple but super utilitarian and ready to ride. We love to see it!!! 💜🔥
We’re open today from 12pm to 5pm and volunteer night is tonight from 6:30pm to 8:30pm. Stop by and hang with us at 934 Parsons Ave in Columbus. 💜

🚲 Slow Roll starts tonight! 🚲
Meet up at 6:30 PM and wheels up at 7:00 PM sharp. This is a family oriented community ride focused on good vibes, safe riding, and bringing people together through bike culture.
Before we roll out, we’ll go over a few quick safety measures to make sure your bike is ready for the ride and everyone feels comfortable out on the road. Please remember that the actions you take reflect on the entire group, so ride responsibly and help keep everyone safe and out of harm’s way.
Our rides are usually around 4–7 miles at a relaxed pace, with a food or beverage stop afterward to hang out, connect, and enjoy the evening together.
Hope to see you out tonight! 🌆🚴

Dwayne (beige hoodie) came to us through our Wheels of Opportunity program and now he’s officially part of the team as a retail associate at Bikes for All People 🙌
He’s been putting in real work and recently helped our new friend Ricky get rolling with a Kent gravel bike, complete with mechanical disc brakes for solid stopping power. Ricky’s gearing up for courier work and other bike mobility opportunities and is now fully set with a lock, helmet, and light set 🚲
This is what it’s all about building access, creating opportunity, and showing up for each other. We’re grateful for the community that continues to grow through these doors.
Today is Open Shop 🛠️
12 to 5 pm
934 Parsons Ave, Columbus Ohio
Pull up, learn how to wrench, ask questions, or just come hang and pick up something new. Hope to see you there 💜

Gas prices are rising and it is getting harder to afford filling up your car. If you are looking for a reliable and affordable way to get around, come visit Bikes for All People. We offer bikes starting at just 10 dollars, making transportation more accessible for everyone in our community.
At Bikes for All People, we are focused on more than just providing bikes. We create opportunities for people to get to work, make it to interviews, and stay connected to the resources they need. When you stop by, you can learn about our programs, volunteer opportunities, and ways to get involved in building a stronger and more connected neighborhood.
Open Shop is this Saturday from 12 to 5 PM at 934 Parsons Avenue. Come by, spend some time with us, and see how we are using bikes to make a real impact.

Our Wheels of Opportunity program is growing (which we love to see), but that also means we need a few extra essentials to keep folks rolling safely 🚲
We’re currently collecting used bike locks and lights—anything that helps keep a bike secure and visible goes a long way. A lot of our riders are heading to job interviews and starting new jobs, so making sure their transportation is safe and reliable is a big deal to us. No one should have to worry about their bike getting taken when they’re trying to move forward.
Got an extra lock or light lying around? We’ll gladly put it to good use.
Swing by Tuesday–Saturday, 12–5pm at 934 Parsons Ave and drop it off. Help us keep the momentum going!

Jam-packed weekend full of good energy and even better community.
We spent time riding through South Side parks with friends, soaking up the sunshine and those perfect 70-degree vibes. We also stopped by Local Petals and got a full tour of their shop—truly a great space with an even better feel. Definitely worth checking out. Minerva made the most of the weather too, riding in the basket and loving every minute.
Back at the shop, we had an amazing time hosting the Columbus Gives Back Foundation for a day of volunteering and bike work, and we welcomed Temple of Israel on Sunday to experience what we do up close.
It’s a blessing to do this work on the South Side to build community, create memories, and provide resources that matter.
If you want to support what we do, consider becoming an annual member or making a donation. We’re here because of you, and we’re building this together.
Another beautiful moment from a jam-packed weekend.
We had the blessing of gifting a Schwinn bike to Mel one of our greatest volunteers—for his daughter’s birthday. The joy was real. He loved that bike so much he had to show us he could ride it no hands, just cruising with ease.
We also built up a full carbon road bike for our good friend Jim. A truly good soul every time he walks through the door. This bike is light, fast, and ready to ride. Shoutout to Corwin for putting the final touches on it what a moment.
This is what it’s all about. Community, connection, and bikes changing lives.
