This series of classes creates a unique opportunity to immerse yourself into your community by learning and experiencing the amazing architecture that has shaped Columbus. Each place has a unique story that we are able to weave into a yoga practice to create a deeper connection to the place and our community. We are so fortunate to add the amazing art exhibits from Exhibit Columbus into our classe
Great news... NCC is allowing us access to inside of the church! What an extra treat for us! That also means, class is on rain or shine.
Sad to say, due to the wet conditions and the potential for more rain, today's class is cancelled.
Our last A&A is tomorrow at the Heritage Fund Courtyard. I hope the weather cooperates!
