What a week?! To end it with Easter Weekend.
He has Risen! ✝️
Story Time: Back in January, I had planned an event for March 31st. Everything was set, and I was excited. But life took an unexpected turn when my dad had a stroke in February. By God's mercy, he's still with us and doing well. When life makes an unexpected turn. Breathe 🧘🏾‍♀️
Then, on March 31st, I received an unexpected text to substitute a Zumba class. I felt grateful and blessed to have been able to teach, doing what I love. Ran it back in another class the same week.

Though my event didn't happen, God's plan was perfect.

Eli is back on a flyer, y'all!! Yep... it’s happening!! Doing it scared. Doing it with compassion. Doing it for the love.

This was my favorite workout today. I actually love doing front squats with a heavy dumbbell.
