Meet Kaden, one of your 2026 Marathon Mile Champions! 💙🏁
Kaden has been diagnosed with SC Sickle Cell, Cystic Fibrosis, and Pancreatic Insufficiency—but that’s nothing compared to his love for geckos, gym class and anything Ninja Turtles.🐢
His favorite color is blue, and he dreams of being a zoologist when he grows up. His perfect meal? A big stack of bacon, pancakes, and loads of syrup. 🥞🥓
