Today would have been Field Day 2026! With a feel of 93° and about the same humidity, we are looking forward to the event in the Spring. 🥵 We can't help but reminisce about last year's event...our champions, every single participant, our trainers, former Buckeyes, and every person who makes the event successful.

As you all know, this event benefits Dimitrious Stanley's Foundation, Brave Men, Inc. We love this event that brings everyone together to support prostate cancer awareness and support the Stanley family.

Saturday would have been the 52nd birthday for Dimitrious. To honor him, everyone who shows up for any workout on Saturday will receive a special gift. Dimitrious loved a great workout, so come ready to sweat!

Even though he sleeps a lot, he makes everyone's life so much better. He even went to the hospital & rehab facility to comfort Deb's mom.

He is the BEST and the gym wouldn't be the same without him! 🐶❤️🐶
