After 6 weeks of calisthenics training the client has successfully achieved milestones toward fully achieving a body weight dip and pull up.
Introduction of basic calisthenics skill was the main focus of this powerful but challenging training block and was a direct contributor to the simultaneous muscle gain and fat loss.
The client will begin another 6 week block where we aim to fully unlock these two movements granting him a level of strength and body control otherwise unknown.

Over the span of 8 weeks using the bodybuilding modality the client was able to drop nearly 4 pounds of body fat resulting in an overall fat percentage decrease of 3% and simultaneously added an entire pound of lean muscle mass!
The client aims to take up the pursuit of calisthenics as a means of furthering her fitness journey and overall kinesthetic mastery.
