I train my clients with the same intensity and don’t try to reinvent the wheel with wacky movements that could hurt somebody. If it worked back then, it’ll work now.

A big mistake people make when training abs is trying to go heavy, and not hitting all 4 ab motions. Crunch from the top, crunch from the bottom, twisting and tilting. And the ab wheel instead of planks. Focus on the mind to muscle connection with lighter weights higher reps. And eat right!!

Alternating muscle groups on different days also known as splits, give the muscle time to recover and repair before they are worked again maximizing results. Beware of over exhausting as well.
